AML Policy for USDT Network Exchanges
USDT-Exchange.io applies a risk-based approach to exchange orders. An eligible transaction can start without a persistent trading account, but that does not mean every exchange is exempt from AML screening, additional review or identity-related checks.
Questions about a compliance review can be sent to [email protected].
Purpose of AML and Risk Review
Crypto transactions can involve sanctioned addresses, stolen funds, fraud, scams or other activity that creates legal and operational risk. Risk review is used to identify transactions that may require additional checks before the service can continue processing them.
The level of review can differ from one exchange to another. Blockchain data, transaction characteristics and other relevant risk indicators can affect whether additional information is required.
AML and KYC Are Different Controls
AML is a broader process for identifying and responding to financial-crime risk, while KYC generally refers to identifying and verifying a customer. A no-account exchange flow can therefore still include AML screening.
USDT-Exchange.io does not guarantee universal no-KYC processing. Additional identification or supporting information may be requested when a transaction triggers a relevant risk or compliance condition.
Transaction and Address Screening
The service may review blockchain addresses, transaction history and other risk signals connected with an exchange. Public blockchain information can be used to determine whether an order requires additional review.
Relevant indicators can include:
A risk indicator does not automatically determine the final outcome. The transaction can require contextual review before the service decides how to proceed.
When Additional Information May Be Requested
If an order cannot proceed through the normal exchange flow, USDT-Exchange.io may request information reasonably necessary to understand the transaction or complete a compliance review. The request depends on the issue that triggered the review.
Information can relate to transaction ownership, source of funds, purpose of the transaction or identity verification. Sensitive information should be provided only through a verified service channel when it is legitimately required for the review.
USDT-Exchange Support never asks for a seed phrase, private key or wallet password.
Possible Outcomes of a Review
A compliance review can lead to different outcomes depending on the transaction and the actions technically and legally available to the service. A flagged transaction is not guaranteed to be processed, refunded or resolved in one standard way.
Possible outcomes can include:
Any handling of funds depends on the actual order, blockchain state and available service process.
Restricted or Prohibited Use
USDT-Exchange.io must not be used for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, theft, fraud, scams or other prohibited use. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service is lawful in the jurisdictions relevant to them.
The service may restrict or refuse a transaction when required by risk controls, sanctions considerations, applicable requirements or service policy. A privacy-focused or no-account flow must not be interpreted as permission to bypass lawful controls.
Network Exchange Does Not Remove Blockchain History
Changing a USDT network representation does not erase the source transaction or remove blockchain history. Source and destination transactions can remain visible on their respective public ledgers.
USDT-Exchange.io therefore does not describe its service as guaranteed anonymous, untraceable or a method for hiding blockchain activity.

FAQ
Does USDT-Exchange.io guarantee no KYC for every exchange?
No. Eligible orders can begin without a persistent trading account, but additional verification or information may still be required when an exchange triggers a relevant risk or compliance condition. No-account and universal no-KYC are not the same claim.
Is every transaction manually reviewed?
No. A risk-based approach does not imply the same manual process for every order. Additional review is used when transaction characteristics or risk indicators require it.
Can changing USDT networks make a transaction anonymous?
No. Source and destination blockchain transactions can remain visible on public ledgers. A network exchange does not erase transaction history or guarantee untraceability.
What happens if my order is flagged?
The outcome depends on the reason for the review and the options available for that transaction. You may be asked for additional information, or the exchange may be delayed, restricted or handled through another available resolution.
Where should I send compliance information?
Use [email protected] and include the order reference when applicable. Never send identity documents or other sensitive information to an unverified address or to someone asking for wallet credentials.
